Return & Refund Policy

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To start a return:

2. Include a clear photo of the item showing its condition
3. Wait for our approval before sending anything back

Once approved and the item is received, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping is paid by the customer
• No return will be accepted without photo confirmation

Defective or wrong item? Send a photo and we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
